Haileybury is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Casual ICT Support Technician to join our dynamic ICT team at our Keysborough campus in a Level 1 frontline support role.
This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality technical support to students, staff, and parents, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and maintaining the smooth operation of devices and systems across the School.
Key Responsibilities
Solid knowledge of desktop/mobile hardware, operating systems, applications, and device management tools (e.g. MDM).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer service mindset.
Confident in diagnosing/resolving issues for remote users.
Collaborative team player with a genuine commitment to community engagement.
