The Level 1 Help Desk / Customer Service / Service Coordinator provides front-line technical support and customer service to end users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues. This role involves handling requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. The individual will also act as a coordinator for support tickets, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and routed to appropriate resources if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email and in person

Log, schedule and route support tickets

Assist with basic troubleshooting, quoting and customer follow-up

Support invoicing and stock-related admin tasks

Work within a friendly, Mac-focused technical team

About You:

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

Background in customer service, retail or sales is preferred

Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Interest in Apple products and willingness to learn technical systems

Team player who enjoys solving problems and helping others
