An exciting opportunity to join our extensive team as Clinic Coordinator. In this role you shall be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our clinics and that our customers and patients, experience an attentive professional service, throughout their journey.
This role requires someone with confidence, initiative and an eye for detail. As a customer facing position, we would require a calm presence of mind and ability to thrive in a busy environment. The ability to listen to our customers and to be able to be flexible to meet their needs in a concise and friendly manner. The ability to learn and perform a variety of administrative tasks, shall also be required.
Although optical experience would be desired, it is not essential as full training is provided on an ongoing basis.
As part of an existing large team with an extensive range of job roles and skill levels, you shall be central to ensure that everything is operating in a timely manner.
