Bowyer Psychology is seeking a Group and Client Care Coordinator to support our team of clinicians, streamline our events and social media, and ensure quality client care!

Bowyer Psychology is a well-established boutique practice located in Mount Pleasant, specialising in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. The practice provides both therapy and assessments to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

· Organise and coordinate group therapy sessions, seminars, and webinars.

· Manage all logistics including developing marketing material, catering, and client communication.

· Triage and prioritise phone and online referrals efficiently.

· Liaise with relevant departments to effectively organise assessments

· Coordinator supervision schedules for both peer and individual supervision sessions.

· Oversee practice social media scheduling and digital marketing campaigns; including developing appropriate social media posts and website content.

· Liaise with website and SEO teams to ensure clinic visibility and engagement.

· Address logistical and client-related issues promptly and professionally.

· Coordinate ordering of all assessment materials.

· Assist with debt recovery and setting up invoices as required.

You are someone who:

· Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

· Communicates with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

· Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team

· Is tech-savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and Practice Management Software

· Has experience (or strong interest) in the mental health or allied health sector

· Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
