As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a reliable and motivated Hire and Sales Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both customer service and working with equipment.
About the Role
As a Hire and Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our warehouse and customer service operations. You’ll be responsible for processing hire contracts, responding to customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate processing of hire contracts and invoices
Answering customer queries professionally via phone, email, and in-person
Allocating transport and coordinating deliveries around Perth
Creating purchase orders and managing inventory
Performing general workshop maintenance and small engine repairs
Preparing hire and sales orders
Managing account queries
Ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the workshop
About You:
We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong customer focus. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in the equipment hire industry (preferred)
Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with small engines
Manual driver’s license (essential)
Forklift license (preferred)
Australian residency (essential)
Availability to work Saturday mornings (8am–11am)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
