We are searching for a standout Clinic Co-ordinator / Receptionist who has great customer service skills and is well organised with a can do attitude!

Essential Attributes:

Customer Service Experience

Clear Communication

Immaculate Presentation

Organisation Skills

Minimum 3 years experience as a Clinic Co-ordinator or Receptionist

Skin & Beauty Industry Experience would be an advantage.

Job Roles:

Manage client bookings, confirmations and cancelations

Strategise with reports to minimise therapist downtime

Check out & rebook clientele at point of sale

Till & end of day balancing

Responding to email and phone enquiries

Monitoring online store & fulfilling orders

Assisting with the management of stock levels

Supporting therapists where possible

Maintaining front of house cleanliness & aesthetics
