About the role

As a Hire Coordinator at Bond Hire, you will be responsible for managing the allocation and availability of our extensive fleet of equipment, ensuring our customers' needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Hazelmere, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of equipment to customer job sites, ensuring timely delivery and collection

Monitor equipment availability and utilisation to optimise asset management

Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues

Maintain detailed records of all equipment movements and transactions

Contribute to the continuous improvement of hire processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year experience in a planning or scheduling role, preferably within the equipment hire or transportation industry

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle multiple priorities and changing demands

Proficient in using fleet management and point of rentals software

Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
