Are you a gun on the phones? Love speaking to people, qualifying leads, and booking quality meetings? This is your chance to step into a rewarding appointment-setting role where your energy and experience directly impact your earnings — and your team’s success.
As our new Client Coordinator / Appointment Setter, you’ll call warm leads (no cold calling) from our CRM and book them into Freedom Accelerator Sessions with our expert sales team. These are real conversations with real potential — you just need to drive the connection.

What You’ll Do
Call inbound leads from our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Qualify prospects and understand their investment readiness
Book sales appointments into our team’s calendar
Follow call structures and scripts with confidence and consistency
Update CRM activity and contribute to team goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience matters – you've done appointment setting, sales admin, or client coordination
Confidence on the phone and exceptional communication skills
High standards, self-accountability, and a positive attitude
Tech-savvy – CRM, calendar tools, basic data entry
A genuine desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing team
