Parts Coordinator/Interpretor

Located north of the river AutoWire specialises in the manufacture of wiring systems for mobile machines, mining, civil and automotive along with a strong parts sales in connectors, wire and related components.

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Coordinator/Sales team member to manage Parts and General sales enquires along with stock/warehouse control

Duties will include:

• Interpret parts and accessories requirements via telephone, email and face to face to our customers
• Organising customer’s orders and purchasing necessary parts required to fulfil orders
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take responsibility of orders to be dispatched and advise of any potential delays.
• Assistance with stock take
• Deliver parts to local customers or urgent needs.
• Keep Warehouse neat and tidy.

To be considered for the role, you must display the following:

• An understanding of automotive spare parts or auto electrical parts and the importance of delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
• Good computer knowledge.
• An ability to work autonomously as well as a team player, dedicated and trustworthy.
• A current driver's licence.
• Process driven and detail orientated.
• Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new things.
• Reliable & trustworthy
• Excellent phone manner
• Be physically fit
• Understanding of inventory control
• Automotive parts or parts warehouse experience preferred
