About the role

This exciting full-time opportunity with Sydney Wide Solar, an established electrical, solar and battery company based in Sydney, is looking for a highly capable General Manager / Office All-Rounder to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with the director, you will be responsible for supporting the wider organisation. The role offers flexibility with a mix of in-office and remote work options.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and manage solar and battery quotes using our systems.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and logistics

Meet with potential clients to discuss solutions and provide tailored proposals

Help secure and maintain new contracts and business opportunities

Assist the Director with running the day-to-day operations of the business

What we're looking for

Previous experience in the electrical or solar industry

Pylon experience (highly desirable but not essential)

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

A flexible and adaptable work style with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
