About Us:
We are a global medical device company specializing in high-quality injection needles and cannulas for medical and aesthetic applications. Our Australian subsidiary is in its early growth stage, and we are looking for a hands-on, versatile team member who can handle a mix of office administration, sales administration, customer support, and general support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Handle general office tasks such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Organize and file documents, both physical and digital
Liaise with service providers, suppliers, and couriers
Sales Administration
Explain product features and specifications to customers when requested, ensuring accurate and clear communication
Process customer orders accurately and promptly and input orders in ERP system
Prepare invoices and packing slip, pick and pack products, arrange shipments, and follow up with customers
Maintain customer and order records in our system
Maintain inventory control, ensuring accurate records of stock levels and order status.
Communicate with the contracted forwarder to arrange delivery of inventory
Place replenishment orders with our Japan team
Report daily and monthly sales figures to the Director
Update a global inventory report monthly.
General “All-Rounder” Support
Help with marketing activities, events, and exhibitions when required
Support any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales administration.
Proficiency with ERP software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional manner
Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer inquiries or issues with a positive and professional approach.
Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and in a small team.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
