The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished and highly organised Office Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the smooth running of the office and provide executive-level support to the Managing Partner and Principal Advisers. This is a permanent, full-time position within a close-knit, high-performing team, working with UHNW clients who expect nothing less than excellence. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing office operations while supporting senior stakeholders.

The Role

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all areas (reception, meeting rooms, kitchen/breakout space) are maintained to the highest standard
  • Act as the first point of contact for UHNW clients, providing a seamless and discreet experience both in-person and over the phone
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including room setups, catering, and client refreshments
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, couriers, and supplier relationships
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure the office is functioning at peak efficiency
  • Provide high-level PA support to the Principals, including diary management, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
  • Coordinate special projects, events, and high-level client engagements as required
  • Ensure compliance with internal protocols, including confidentiality and security standards
  • Assist with documentation, presentations, and administrative support across the business

About You

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, PA, or EA, ideally in financial services, legal, or a professional services environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with UHNW clients and senior executives confidently and professionally
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Professional presentation and demeanour, with discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Knowledge of Xplan advantageous but not essential
