We are currently seeking to expand our Australian sales support team with the addition of a new team member.

About the role

Role is responsible for managing incoming leads via phone and email.

The primary objective of this role is to convert leads to sales or schedule follow-up appointments with senior staff.

Additionally, the role involves providing customer service support by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service throughout their buying journey.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiating ability, and have experience in customer service.

While familiarity with Dynamics 365/CRM is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Dynamics 365/CRM system will be used to track progress and record follow-up notes.

Benefits and perks

This position is initially being offered on a contract/part-time basis, and entails a weekly commitment of only 3-4 days.

Potential to progress to a contract/permanent position with an increased salary for the right candidate.

4 AM – 12 PM working hours / Flexible working hours to support our US customers.

Sales commission from the monthly team sales goal.

Work from home / no travel required.

Other Incentive scheme based on sales conversion/contribution.
