Experienced Showroom Sales & Customer Service Consultant – Part-Time
Location: BASED AT BLACKBURN, OCCASIONALLY AT BAYSWATER AND MOONEE PONDS

Direct Kitchens Company began in 1985, during this time we have become a leader providing Custom-Made High-End Kitchens all over Melbourne.

Brand-New Showroom at Blackburn and two more showrooms in Bayswater & Moonee Ponds.

We are seeking a well-presented and enthusiastic Showroom Consultant to join our high-end, custom-made kitchen company in BLACKBURN.

About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position requiring:

1 weekend shift per week and some weekday shifts

Flexibility to fill in additional shifts when required

Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to showroom visitors

Assist clients in understanding our products and services

Support the sales process, including quoting and follow-ups

Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in sales and customer service (essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Intermediate computer skills (essential)

Previous experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or related industries (preferred but not essential)
