The Role
We are looking for a highly organised Customer Service & Business Administration Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week). You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with our warehouse, and providing administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries (B2B & B2C) via phone, email, and CRM.
Process orders from receipt to dispatch.
Maintain product and order records in Cin7 Core and Shopify.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Customers for timely deliveries.
Assist with sales, marketing, and operational projects.
Provide general administrative support to management.
About You
Experience in customer service or administration (B2B preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM, inventory, or e-commerce systems (Xero, Cin7 Core and Shopify a plus).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Based in Australia with full work rights.
