About the role

This is an excellent part-time opportunity to join the dynamic team at Cardiac Defibrillators Pty Ltd as a Sales - Outbound Call & Customer Service representative. Based in our Malvern East VIC 3145 office, you will play a key role in engaging with customers and driving sales growth for our leading medical devices.

What you'll be doing

Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our range of cardiac defibrillators

Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer enquiries and orders

Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Contributing to the development of sales strategies and processes

Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to drive business growth

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and close sales

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data management

A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to business success

Flexibility to work part-time hours as required
