About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and self-motivated Wine Sales & Relationship Executive to join our team in a part-time capacity with flexible hours. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on building lasting connections with our customers and driving direct-to-consumer wine sales and club memberships.

You’ll engage with customers primarily through phone, email, and follow-ups using our CRM, offering tailored recommendations, personalised service, and a deep understanding of our wine portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Drive wine sales and club memberships through personalised customer engagement.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Proactively follow up with leads, past purchasers, and club members via phone and email.

Use our custom CRM to manage customer interactions, preferences, and follow-up actions.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored wine recommendations.

Deliver exceptional customer service, encouraging loyalty and repeat purchases.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage returns professionally.

Stay informed on our current wine portfolio through team tastings and internal training.

Represent Rochford Wines with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For

Solid wine knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing it.

Proven sales experience, ideally within the wine, beverage, or premium consumer goods industries.

A confident communicator with a friendly, customer-first attitude.

A natural relationship builder who understands the value of consistent follow-up and trust.

Self-driven and energetic, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

Impeccable personal presentation and professional communication style.

Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools.

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for commuting - no public transport available.

Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends depending on customer availability.
