Job Title: Administration & Logistics Officer
Location: Penrith, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 2:30pm

Position Overview:
The Administration & Logistics Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across administration, inventory coordination, and logistics support. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage general office administration including data entry, filing, and document management.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Greet and assist visitors and customers at the door, providing excellent customer service.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to manage logistics requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.

Track shipments and resolve any delivery or stock discrepancies.

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.

Support compliance with workplace health and safety, and quality control procedures.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in administration, logistics, or supply chain support.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of inventory systems including MYOB & BossQI (desirable).
