We are entering a high-growth phase and are now looking for a standout Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.
👋 About the role
This is not a standard front desk role. You will be the first point of contact for clients and a key player in ensuring our internal operations run smoothly. We want someone who sees this as their domain — who is proactive, switched-on, and ready to take charge.

📝 Key responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner — both in person and over the phone
• Manage reception duties, including incoming calls, messages, and meeting room coordination
• Make tea/coffee for client meetings and ensure the office space is kept tidy and welcoming
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments for multiple accountants
• Monitor the general email inbox and forward/respond as needed
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers when needed
• Provide general administrative support to our team of accountants
• Update internal systems (e.g. client database, meeting records)
• Liaise with clients to request documentation or follow up outstanding information
• Collation of electronic client document
• Invoicing.

• Someone who is proactive and takes responsibility for their area — not just waiting to be told what to do
• A strong communicator who is comfortable engaging with clients at all levels
• Organised, efficient, and great at juggling multiple tasks at once
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn (we are a paperless, cloud-based office)
• Positive, can-do attitude with a high level of initiative
• A team player who wants to be part of a great culture, and contribute to it
• Previous experience in a similar admin/reception role in professional services preferred, but not essential
• Experience using Xero accounting software an advantage.
