About the Role:
As an Enrolments & Administration Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new families exploring our services, while also supporting current families with their accounts and enrolments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, system management, and subsidy support. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is tech-savvy, systems-focused, and thrives on accuracy and efficiency.
You Will Have:
A strong background in administration within the childcare or education sector (preferred)
Hands-on experience using childcare management systems such as Xplor, QikKids, OWNA or similar
Solid working knowledge of CCS processes, including enrolments, submissions, and troubleshooting parent queries
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure
High-level written and verbal communication skills (bilingual highly regarded)
A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
Confidence in learning and enhancing CRM or administration systems (Salesforce experience highly desirable)
Desirable Experience:
Experience in childcare enrolments, CCS submissions, and account management
Previous work with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Previous experience in customer service within the early childhood education sector
The ability to build rapport with families and communicate complex information in a clear, compassionate manner
