EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EVENT PLANNER

Waterview is a successful family owned hospitality venue located within the picturesque landscapes of Bicentennial Park.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Event Plannerr for our iconic venue situated in the beautiful surrounds of Bicentennial Park.

Working in a fast-paced yet extremely rewarding environment, this role is perfect for a candidate motivated to excel in the wedding industry.
12 months or more in this industry would be an advantage, however not essential. An understanding of operations and sales will be highly regarded.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

A strong passion for weddings and events

Strong administrative, computer and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to maintain relationships and provide superior customer service to existing and potential Brides and Grooms

Ability to work closely with all internal departments – Sales, Operations and Kitchen

Successfully manage workload and completion of tasks in a timely manner

Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic and unified team
