The Role

We’re looking for a charismatic and creative individual to join our team as a Host, Social Media & Event Coordinator. This unique role combines hospitality, content creation, and event coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and host guests at our Cellar Door and Art Gallery

Conduct wine tastings and serve coffee with flair

Bake and present weekend croissants for guests

Promote and sell Winmark wines, merchandise, and gallery pieces

Capture and share engaging content across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

Coordinate and execute events that showcase the Winmark experience

Assist with gallery logistics and high-value art sales

About You

You’re warm, professional, and passionate about creating memorable moments. You love wine, appreciate art, and know how to tell a story—whether through conversation or a perfectly timed Instagram post.

You’ll Bring:

RSA certification and hospitality or retail experience (wine service a bonus!)

Strong social media skills and a creative eye

Event coordination experience and a proactive mindset

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A genuine love for customer service and storytelling
