What we are looking for

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sydney-based team. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored AV and event solutions. If you’re passionate about events and ready to build your career in the Audio Visual and Events industry, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing Events – Guiding clients from first contact through to their event day, ensuring every detail is delivered to perfection.

Creating Proposals & Quotes – Preparing accurate, professional proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.

Upselling Solutions – Leveraging your AV, lighting, and staging expertise to recommend additional services that elevate the client experience.

Building Relationships – Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Team Collaboration – Coordinating closely with operations staff and venue managers to ensure seamless execution.

Managing Finances – Monitoring invoicing and payments using Xero & Flex to keep projects on track.

Marketing Support – Promoting new services and products to existing or dormant clients, ensuring they’re aware of our latest offerings and how these benefit their events.
