Business Development Manager – VIC
- Preston, Melbourne | Full Time – Mon to Fri
- $120k pa - $150k pa + $15k MVA based on skills and experience

Your Impact
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Classic Architectural Group in Victoria — building rapport with clients, identifying their needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, loyalty, and exceptional communication.
In this role, you will:
· Win new business and grow market share in our target sectors.
· Add value to the client experience by providing Flair, Service & Certainty
· Build loyal, solution-focused client relationships.
· Meet and exceed sales & GP targets while protecting margins.
· Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records in Hubspot
· Provide market insights to help shape new products and services.
· Follow up quotes with intelligence and vigor
What You Bring
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills & attributes
· 3+ years’ B2B project sales success.
· Experience in providing customer-based solutions.
· Strong sales, negotiation & closing skills.
· Track record of robust, results-driven client conversations.
· CRM proficiency & Microsoft Office skills – HubSpot is desirable
· WHS knowledge desirable
· Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and building industry methods
· Willingness to comply with the company strategy and code of ethics
· Self-awareness, accountability, and zero fear of rejection.
