Envirosun Range of products are part of Energie Group Australia, comprising multiple successful brands. Founded in 2012, with origins dating back to 2001, we are recognised for our energy-efficient and renewable hot water systems and solutions that can be relied upon and tailored for the local market. We operate across Australia and are headquartered in Western Australia.
Our products are quality-manufactured and meet the recognised industry standards and requirements. Where possible, we source Australian components and assemble our systems in Australia. We utilise specialist manufacturers and suppliers locally, regionally, and across Europe to provide the best components and equipment on the market.
The opportunity
We need you as our Victorian Business Development Manager, utilising your business development and sales skills to foster and develop new client relationships and support some of our existing clients. You will work across the entire account management and new-business development sales lifecycle.
Your sales knowledge, experience, curiosity, and drive will enable you to achieve great results and help our clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors provide their customers with class-leading, high-quality, energy-efficient hot water solutions.
Using your expertise, professionalism, and experience, you will:
Identify and drive new business opportunities across the trades, builders, merchants, retailers and installers.
Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients.
Do cyclical visits with local and regional clients.
Oversee and support product delivery.
Spend most of your time with prospective and existing clients.
Follow and maintain business systems and processes.
About you
You will need to be genuinely inspired and comfortable working across a diverse range of industries. You must be passionate about supporting and growing existing client relationships, as well as identifying, pursuing, and creating new, commercially sound opportunities.

New business origination and sales, along with account management experience.
The ability to travel the greater metro region most days and, when required, intrastate and on occasion interstate.
Confidence to host awareness sessions, industry exhibitions, and events.
Diligence in applying strategic and tactical sales practices.
An unwavering focus on being proactive and autonomous.
Excellent financial, verbal, and written communication skills.
You do not need to have experience in the hot water industry. But you will need to demonstrate genuine, stable, and whole-of-lifecycle business-to-business sales success, with a strong focus on customer service.
