About the Organisation:
This dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm is seeking TWO highly motivated and organized individuals to join their team as Client Services Administrators. A recognized name in the Brisbane Accounting world, this organisation is a one-stop shop, offering solutions across Tax, Audit, SMSF, Bookkeeping, Advisory & more.

About the Role:
As an administration officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting a team of accountants & 2 of the firm Partners
• On-boarding of new clients
• Helping set up entities including companies & trusts
• Liasing with the ATO & ASIC
• SMSF support and administrative work related to super funds
• Scheduling, liaising with clients, cleaning up billings and letters
• Covering reception duties as required

Two roles are open!
1 with part-time hours, in-office
1 with full-time hours, hybrid model

About You:
The ideal candidate will:

• 2+ years experience in an accounting firm as an administrator
• Confident in ATO and ASIC liaison
• Be organised, a problem-solver and forward thinker
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with accounting software (MYOB AE preferred)
