About the Organisation:
This dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm is seeking TWO highly motivated and organized individuals to join their team as Client Services Administrators. A recognized name in the Brisbane Accounting world, this organisation is a one-stop shop, offering solutions across Tax, Audit, SMSF, Bookkeeping, Advisory & more.
About the Role:
As an administration officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a team of accountants & 2 of the firm Partners
- On-boarding of new clients
- Helping set up entities including companies & trusts
- Liasing with the ATO & ASIC
- SMSF support and administrative work related to super funds
- Scheduling, liaising with clients, cleaning up billings and letters
- Covering reception duties as required
Two roles are open!
1 with part-time hours, in-office
1 with full-time hours, hybrid model
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- 2+ years experience in an accounting firm as an administrator
- Confident in ATO and ASIC liaison
- Be organised, a problem-solver and forward thinker
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with accounting software (MYOB AE preferred)
