We’re excited to be assisting in the search for multiple dynamic and organised Administration Assistants to join their newly created team in Ormeau, QLD.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide vital client service administration and support to the brokerage team, ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times
  • Process invoices, credits, and manage creditor relationships with meticulous attention to detail
  • Investigate account issues, billing discrepancies, and overdue accounts, ensuring all matters are resolved efficiently
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications (via phone and email), ensuring smooth and professional interactions with clients
  • Support high-volume administrative tasks, maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times
  • Prepare reports and approve workflows to streamline operations and ensure smooth business processes

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Tier 1 certification is not required, but would be an advantage
