Opportunity

This role offers something genuinely different for administrators who understand that creative businesses deserve exceptional client service. Having grown from a three-person startup to 32 professionals since 2015, this firm has built an impressive reputation supporting Brisbane's creative sector, and now needs a Senior Client Services Administrator to help maintain their award-winning standards across their expanding client base.

You'll work from their stunning newly renovated office (or home two days a week), acting as the trusted liaison between Directors and portfolio of clients including tech startups, agencies, and their recently added major well-known arts precinct client. Using their sophisticated seven-app integrated ecosystem, you'll manage everything from ATO lodgements to client communications, helping the partners focus on what they do best while ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Ideal Candidate

If you have 3+ years in public practice and understand that excellent client service requires both technical precision and genuine relationship building, we'd like to hear from you. Ideally, you'll have exposure to diverse client types and compliance requirements, though your communication skills and proactive mindset matter more than specific technical experience.

  • 3 years experience in public practice accounting environment
  • Strong proficiency with client database management
  • Experience with ATO and ASIC lodgement processes and compliance deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and spreadsheet management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams
  • Experience with document control and workflow management systems
