We’re looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing outstanding support as part of our accounting team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

The salary is negotiable based on experience.

The Role

Provide essential administrative and compliance support to accountants and clients

Manage ASIC corporate secretarial tasks and ATO lodgements

Draft correspondence, collate financials, process invoices, and maintain client databases

Assist with bookkeeping and tax return-related activities as needed

Assist with database management and maintenance – Adding, archiving and updating client profiles

Support other teams during busy periods and contribute to special projects

Share your knowledge and assist with training new team members

Actively seek ways to improve processes and client service

Assist with phone call overflow

Provide Front Desk support when needed (i.e. when someone is on leave)

Contribute to projects and events as required by the Operations Team.

Be an active member of the team by:

Communicating openly with colleagues and managers

Keeping managers informed about your workload and capacity

Asking questions and seeking feedback for continuous improvement

Pursuing ongoing learning and participating in training sessions

Skills and experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Client Services Assistant in an accounting or professional services environment (essential)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF tools

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously

Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Enthusiasm to grow your skills and contribute to a high-performing team
