Boutique Accounting Firm – Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast
$70,000 – $75,000 + Superannuation

Firm Overview;
Friendly Boutique firm working with medical and health professionals, medical groups, and high-net-worth families and their businesses. This team is collaborative, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. With one partner and a dedicated group of professionals, they pride themselves on their low staff turnover and inclusive culture.
Software includes: Xero XPM, FYI Docs, BGL, FuseSign, CAS360, and the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.
The Role
As a Client Services Officer / Administrator your responsibilities will include duties such as;
Managing client onboarding and ASIC/ATO lodgements
Maintaining portals and client records across multiple platforms
Assisting with practice administration and compliance tasks
Liaising with clients in a friendly, professional manner
Supporting the team with a variety of firm-wide administrative needs
About You
Experienced in administration within an accounting firm – Ideally 2 + years
ATO/ASIC knowledge highly regarded
Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive communicator who enjoys client contact
Organised, adaptable, and keen to contribute to a collaborative team environment
