Small boutique accounting firm seeking a reliable and well spoken Administration assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is studying business/accounting or with a background in bookkeeping and is eager to grow within the firm. The role is part time but full time applicants should also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls professionally
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Preparing client letters and documentation
Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
Providing general administrative support to accountants
The applicant must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and be proficient in Work, Excel & Outlook. The position will potentially have exposure to learning learning MYOB & XERO software.
