We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Assistant with good computer skills, a positive can-do attitude, and experienced in using MYOB. Based in Cabramatta, this part-time position supports the daily accounts and administrative operations of an established wholesale Asian grocery business with over 30 years in the industry. Fluency in Chinese or Vietnamese is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
Bank reconcilitation and payroll
Provide general administrative and office support
Scan, save, and organise digital invoices
Maintain accurate filing systems and records
Follow up on and obtain internal invoice approvals and prepare accounts payables
Communicate professionally via email and phone
Data entry and prepare basic summaries and assist with financial reporting
Support Accounts Receivables in processing orders and entering purchase orders
What We’re Looking For:
MYOB Experience is required
Good proficiency with computers — confident using Microsoft Suite, cloud storage, and emails
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Good communication skills
Proficiency in speaking Vietnamese or Chinese is preferable
