Working in the CoWorking Hub, a vibrant, inspiring workspace situated in Top Ryde City, the role will have responsibility for:

Accounts payable processing

Cash and accounts payable reconciliations

Payroll processing

Month-end reconciliation assistance

Providing general team support

Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will be well-suited to this role if you:

Enjoy working independently as well as part of a team

Have excellent attention to detail skills

Hold a positive can-do attitude and are proactive

Available on Tuesdays & Thursdays (preference but flexible)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

An understanding of accounting

Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Excel

Dext and Restoke software desired

Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable or similar role

A strong work ethic

Experience in hospitality industry beneficial
