Key responsibilities
Manage daily accounts operations including Accounts Payable and Receivable
Reconcile Cashbook and Bank Transactions in Xero
Process and enter supplier invoices and customer payments
Monitor and maintain the accounts inbox, responding to queries and routing emails as needed
Perform account reconciliations and follow up outstanding items
Assist with month-end processes and reporting
Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required
About you
Previous experience using Xero, is highly preferred
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Proactive communicator and confident working independently
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general admin tasks
Hold Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similar certification
