Key responsibilities

• Ensuring a high quality, empathetic level of support is offered to all patients and visitors.
• Managing & responding to face-to-face & phone enquiries about the service from patients & clinicians with professionalism & efficiency.
• Efficient scheduling of patient appointments, staff schedules & new patient processes & referrals.
• General office duties, including filing and scanning of documents into patient’s files & so forth.

Key selection criteria

• 1.5+ years experience in a similar role within a medical practice or healthcare environment (specialised practice preferred)
• Well-presented and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
• Genuine empathy for patient welfare and superior customer service
• Excellent computer abilities including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
