Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

We have exciting opportunities for a Medical Education Support Officers to join our team. The successful applicant initiates, coordinates and undertakes the administrative, secretarial and training support functions of the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group (FSFHG) Medical Education Unit (MEU) team. Provides a high degree of administrative support and assistance to the Medical Education Officers, Medical Education Registrars, Coordinator of Medical Education, Director of Clinical Training, and to the Director/Deputy Director of the MEU.

Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. As well as undertaking a criminal record screening and integrity checking, you may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment.
