Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is the largest private radiological practice in Western Australia with 23 hospital and clinic locations. We provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services, using the most up-to-date technology and highly trained medical professionals. We are the official medical imaging provider for the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Glory, Perth and West Perth Football Clubs.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our northern suburbs team on a permanent, full-time basis, with shifts varying between 6:45 am and 5:30 pm. You will be required to support and travel to several clinics based on operational requirements including Claremont, Nedlands, South Perth and Subiaco.

Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety and confidentiality

Greeting patients and making clinical appointments

Handling accounts, banking and Medicare batching

Admin and computer work, including billing and data entry

Other duties as needed.

What do you need to be considered?

You will ideally have at least 2 year’s experience in a customer service role. You will be able to communicate professionally both in writing and verbally, and have the ability to learn and utilise software and systems. You will present with an approachable manner and display a high level of patient care and confidentiality. A valid Western Australian Driver’s licence and having access to reliable transport is essential
