The group currently owns and operates a portfolio of restaurants and bars in the Northern Beaches with more to be announced.

About the Role
We are looking for experienced and customer service driven Venue Managers and Bar/Floor Managers to join our group and to help drive and deliver incredible customer experiences across our venues in the Northern Beaches. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an immediate start at some of Manly’s best live music, cocktail & wine venues.

Your primary role will be to lead your venue teams to deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring the smooth flow of operations. The role will challenge you to work with our team to work towards and meet financial objectives, be resourceful in managing people, organised and process focused. The opportunity will evolve and expand across multiple restaurants and bars for the right candidate.

Our Venues
We own and operate a collection of iconic venues; Donny’s Bar, Henry G’s, The Hold, and InSitu, each with its own unique personality. From their thoughtfully designed interiors to their carefully curated food and drink menus, every venue offers a distinct and memorable experience.

Venue Manager | Responsibilities and Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience managing hospitality venues
Writing and managing team rosters
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue across floor + bar
Ensuring tight budget management across wages, stock etc.
Understanding of venue licenses and compliance
Ability to lead, train, develop and inspire your team instilling company values.
Ability to drive the creation and deliver high quality products
Good knowledge of cocktail bars and restaurants is a bonus
A good team spirit, a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, organisational abilities, time and resource management.

Bar/Floor Managers | Responsibilities and Requirements
At least 1 year experience managing bar or floor operations
High standard of customer service quality
Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the bar and/or floor
Understanding of wage management and budgets
Recruitment and training of the bar team
Menu planning, design and delivery on seasonality
Establish and maintain bar & floor SOPs
Maintain bar & venue cleanliness standards
Experience with cash-up procedures
Carry out monthly stock takes
Attend required venue meetings
Ensuring product orders are submitted and costs are managed
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, organisational abilities, time and resource management.
