Role: Assistant Venue Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Venue Manager who supports the Venue Manager to achieve set targets, inspire the team, and deliver MUCHO’s service standards and guest experience. You will think deeply but act quickly on decisions, have an exceptional eye for detail and standards, and are fanatical about improving. Acting as a representative of what our business seeks to be, the Assistant Venue Manager follows up on actions and holds the team to a shared set of values.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting:
Enter Invoices from all suppliers into DEXT and update the Invoice register by 5p.m. on Tuesdays.
Ensure the Invoice Register is being updated as ordering cycles happen.
Attend weekly meetings at HQ to review the week and discuss the upcoming week.
Generate & stay up to date with nightly reports, and provide insightful, honest & objective feedback about the shift.
Beverage Program & COGS:
Develop the new weekly special and ensure the COGs and accompanying information is sent to Cam before release.
Order all products needed for the week (Dry and Wet goods) to correct par levels.
Collaborate with the Group Operations Manager to ensure you are ordering to the correct budget.
Request new products from Group Operations Manager.
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Service Standards & Guest Experience:
Constantly monitor, keeping the team accountable to our service standards.
Identify specific service issues and collaborate with the Venue Manager to resolve them.
Ensure the cleanliness of the venue and organize deep cleans.
MALTA – music, atmosphere, lighting, temperature and attitude is on point at all times.
Collaborate with Venue Manager, giving feedback and looking for areas of improvement.
Communication:
Respond to internal communications in a timely manner, in accordance to the MUCHO Communication Policy.
Manage your work email Inbox by responding to any correspondence before the end of your shift.
