About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at MIINE. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our bar, seasonally updating our beverage menu, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge

Develop and implement creative and profitable bar strategies, including cocktail menu design, product sourcing, and inventory control

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including scheduling and stock control

Foster a positive and engaging work environment, providing coaching and mentoring to your team

Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and food safety regulations

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with the wider management team to align the bar's operations with the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bar management or senior bartender role, preferably in a high-volume hospitality setting

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests

Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, inventory, and cost control

Thorough understanding of liquor licensing laws and food safety regulations

Proficient in using bar management software and point-of-sale systems

A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and engaging bar concepts
