As Venue Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premier hospitality venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of our facilities. What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting

Develop and implement strategies to maximise venue profitability and customer satisfaction

Liaise with clients and event organisers to coordinate bookings and ensure seamless event delivery

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the venue

Oversee the training and development of venue staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment

Monitor industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve the venue's offerings

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar venue management role

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented approach

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control

Thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations in the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
