Administration Assistant
Bellaluca Demolition is looking for a enthusiastic administration assistant to join the team and provide much needed support to our current administration team.
About the role:
The administration assistant will be supporting our administration team and reporting to the Director and the Accounts manager. This role will compromise of everything from Reception duties, data entry, answering sales calls, assisting with submission of paperwork to councils, complying together quotations and assisting general admin work.
Our office is based in Wangara and all work will be performed at our office base.
Requirements:
At least 6 months to 1 year MYOB experience
Experience is setting up card files, quotations, inputting invoices etc.
Microsoft suite: Excel and word experience
1 year Customer service experience
Must be confident in answering and making calls
Ability to multitask.
Work independently
Attention to detail
Bellaluca Demolition is looking for someone who has have excellent communication skills and organizational skills, poses a willingness to work, show initiative and work within a small team.
