About the role

This part-time or full-time Project Administrator role at Allfield Refrigeration and Mechanical Services is an excellent opportunity to support the smooth running of construction projects. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative assistance to the project management team, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time. This is a new role within the company and opportunity for you to streamline and implement processes.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating project schedules, meetings and communications

Maintaining detailed records and documentation for each project

Providing administrative support to the wider project management team

Ensuring all project information is up-to-date and readily accessible

Assisting with procurement and invoicing processes as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

High attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Proficient computer skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team
