The Role
As our Warehouse Fulfillment Manager, you’ll run the show behind every Eureka delivery—keeping the warehouse humming, the team on point, and every order flying out the door with precision. You’ll take full ownership of the fulfillment engine, from pick-pack-ship to inventory that’s always on the money, and work hand-in-paw with everyone from customer service legends to our trusted carriers. We set the bar high for customer experience, and you’ll be the one making sure we clear it, every single time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment: Manage daily picking, packing, and shipping for both B2C and wholesale orders.
Lead warehouse team: Recruit, train, and coach full-time and casual staff to drive a high-performance culture.
Drive process improvement: Implement and optimize WMS software, SOPs, and best practices to boost speed and accuracy.
Manage inventory health: Track stock levels, minimize deadstock, and proactively prevent stock-outs.
Champion health & safety: Enforce safe warehouse practices and compliance with all safety protocols.
Streamline procurement: Strengthen vendor relationships to improve lead times and inventory availability.
Enhance customer experience: Collaborate with customer service on returns and ensure prompt, accurate fulfillment.
Own performance reporting: Deliver weekly KPIs and data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Build strong partnerships: Foster positive relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
About You
You’re wired for order and allergic to chaos, with a knack for making operations smoother, smarter, and faster. You’ve run fulfillment ops in fast-paced environments and know how to balance the details with the big picture: every box, every customer, every time. More than a manager, you’re a coach and problem-solver who thrives on collaboration across the whole crew.
You likely bring:
3-5 years experience in warehouse fulfilment & ideally D2C ecommerce
Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.
Business-level communication skills (oral and written).
A strong customer-oriented focus.
A love for pets and belief in the mission to improve pet wellness
