We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who prioritises workplace safety. This crucial leader is responsible for managing all facets of warehouse operations, with a strong focus on establishing and upholding a safe working environment. The role includes overseeing daily tasks such as receiving, storing, inventory management, and the distribution of goods, while ensuring that all operations comply with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices. The Warehouse Manager acts as a safety role model, implements successful safety programs, and fosters a culture where safety is the highest priority for everyone.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, with demonstrated expertise in safety leadership and compliance.

· In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices (including OSHA standards).

· Experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and influence others.

· Proficiency with warehouse management systems.

· Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks and safely operate equipment as needed.

· Current Forklift and Drivers Licence
