We’re seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse and Distribution Manager to oversee warehouse operations and freezer distribution. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory flow, optimizing space and staffing, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers and partners.

The Warehouse and Distribution Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full lifecycle of product movement within the warehouse, with an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and operational excellence. You will:

Lead the Pick-Packing Team:
Supervise, train, and coach the pick-packing team to ensure efficient, accurate order fulfillment and adherence to daily dispatch timelines. Establish clear KPIs, enforce SOPs, and foster a culture of accountability and pride in execution.

Manage Storage and Inventory Organization:
Design and optimize warehouse layout for logical product flow, FIFO rotation, and efficient storage of raw materials and finished goods. Maintain clear labeling, segregation of allergen and non-allergen products, and temperature-controlled zones where applicable.

Champion Warehouse Safety & Compliance:
Enforce a safety-first culture by conducting regular risk assessments, maintaining clean and hazard-free zones, and ensuring that all staff are trained in emergency procedures. Monitor material handling practices, equipment usage (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks), and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.

Ensure OHS & Regulatory Compliance:
Serve as the site lead on Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) protocols, including recordkeeping, incident response, and policy enforcement. Liaise with external auditors and uphold compliance with all food safety (e.g. HACCP, GMP) and workplace regulations. Lead toolbox talks, safety drills, and staff education programs to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
