Join a reputable national distributor, and as their Warehouse Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth operations across warehousing, logistics, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach & motivate 4 warehouse staff (plus oversight of Melbourne warehouse)
• Manage incoming stock, unloading containers, picking, packing & dispatch
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers & suppliers
• Maintain inventory accuracy: stocktakes, cycle counts & warehouse systems
• Handle warehouse documentation and administration
• Ensure safety, efficiency & cleanliness in daily operations
• Operate the forklift as needed (licence required)

About You – Practical, Proactive, People-Focused

• 4–5+ years of hands-on warehouse management (consumer goods/FMCG ideal)
• Proven leadership skills, team-focused with a get-it-done mindset
• Detail-oriented, strong time management, adaptable to change
• Confident using warehouse systems & IT tools
• A forklift licence is essential
