With facilities in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, we are growing fast – and we’re on the lookout for a highly organised and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Erskine Park location.

About the Role:
This is a critical leadership role, responsible for managing our Sydney warehouse operations and ensuring our furniture and event items are dispatched, maintained, and delivered efficiently and on time. You’ll oversee the full cycle of warehouse logistics – from loading and unloading trucks to managing inventory, quality control, and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the Erskine Park warehouse

Coordinate the dispatch and return of event furniture for inbound and outbound jobs

Oversee loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy and care

Conduct regular quality control checks on all furniture and equipment

Ensure all items are stored safely and systematically in the correct locations

Maintain and repair furniture and event items to meet presentation standards

Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff to meet performance targets

Communicate effectively with Head Office and our Brisbane and Melbourne teams

Ensure timely delivery and execution of jobs across multiple event sites

Uphold WHS standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment

What You Bring:

Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations management role

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

High attention to detail, especially regarding product presentation and quality

Great communication and coordination skills across multiple locations

A proactive, solution-focused mindset

Forklift license and/or experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred)

Experience in event logistics or furniture hire is highly desirable
