Role: Operations Associate (Warehouse & Logistics)
Reports to: Warehouse and Project Manager
Job summary: Manage warehouse and specific projects
Warehouse management includes stock management and movements. It also includes quality control.

Minimising wastage
Quality control
Project management is on time and on budget delivery of relevant projects.
Project delivery – on time and on budget (minimising COS)
Minimising service calls
Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
More about this role:
Pick-up and delivery from suppliers and partners
Cutting of fabric and. Experience in production and working with power tools is a plus (training provided)
Organise inventory within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
Maintain accurate records of all inventory and conduct monthly stocktake
Manage inventory incomings and outgoings in our inventory management system
Properly pack finished product for freight (shrink wrapping, boxing, labelling) to ensure they arrive in as new condition
Prepare installations products and equipment for freight and partners
Problem solve product and project issues as they arise (service calls)
Maintain a tidy and clean work area
In good health and physically fit for the physical daily duties. Preferably able to lift up to 25kg
Process improvement – we have a process – but we are always open to ways that we can improve. We expect you to find ways to improve our process so that you and the rest of our team can be more efficient and effective.

Organised – you will be managing a large number of projects and inventory. We will give you the tools and processes to be successful e.g. CRM, calendars etc. – however you will need to be organised.
Independent – we are a small team and will support you – however we cannot and do not want to micromanage. You will own your work.
Working as a team – we are a small team, and we work together closely. We all value teamwork.
Flexible – we value flexibility in our work. We will work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone – and then we will be flexible for you.
