The role
We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager to drive growth and build relationships with new clients who want more from their freight spend.
You will:
Use a consultative sales approach to identify client challenges and create tailored solutions combining freight services with proprietary technology
Develop, manage, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities
Deliver data-driven proposals and compelling presentations
Work with internal teams to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and set up for long-term success
What you’ll bring
This role is for proven performers in the domestic transport and logistics industry:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic transport and logistics sales (applications without this will not be considered)
Track record of consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing new business
Commercial acumen and ability to sell on value, not just price
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, accountable, and resilient in achieving results

High-earning commission structure: $100k–$120k base + super + above-market commission. Secure strong first-year earnings on every new client, with additional second-year earnings on the same clients, meaning your portfolio builds and so does your income. Hitting targets in year 1 delivers $150k–$170k OTE, with typical earnings of $205k–$225k OTE from year two onwards.
